👉 Professional Liability Insurance (RC Pro) protects you if a client or third party suffers harm as a result of your business activity (error, injury, damage, etc.).

🔍 Is it mandatory?

  • Yes, but only in specific cases: if your activity is regulated (e.g., construction, transport, health, legal services), RC Pro is usually mandatory.

  • In all other cases, it’s optional but strongly recommended for your own protection.

👩‍💻 What about Candosa?

  • At Candosa, we don’t sell insurance, but we’ll automatically let you know if your selected business activity typically requires RC Pro.

  • This doesn’t block or delay your registration, you can go ahead with your application.

  • If needed, you can arrange insurance later at your convenience.

📬 Need help finding insurance?

We’re working on recommending trusted partners. In the meantime, you can check:

  • Assurup, Simplis, Hiscox, Axa, etc.

  • Or ask your bank or insurance broker.

📌 Important: If your business is digital, creative, or administrative, you likely don’t need any insurance. Don’t worry, we’ll flag it only if it applies to you.
