→ Liberal or commercial: faster processing directly by INSEE (24 to 72h)
→ Artisanal: slower, as your file must be reviewed by the Chamber of Trades (CMA) (up to 4 weeks)

✍️ Step 1: Complete your application with Candosa

💡 What we do: We check and optimize your file, generate all required documents (honour statement, power of attorney, etc.), and prepare everything for submission.
🗂️ Step 2: Submission to INPI / URSSAF / CMA
(same or next business day)
💡 Depending on your declared activity:
Liberal (URSSAF): e.g. coaching, consulting, artistic creation
Commercial (INSEE): e.g. selling products online
Artisanal (CMA): e.g. handmade products, hairdresser, craft work
✅ Submission time: within 24h after receiving all required elements.

📩 Step 4: Receiving your SIRET number + official confirmation

Your SIREN / SIRET number
Your APE / NAF code
An official PDF confirmation of registration
And shortly after, a tax notification letter by post
