No — a registered office address (siège social) is mandatory in France to create a business. It’s the official legal address of your company.

Here are your options 👇

🏡 Your personal home address

A simple and cost-effective option, especially for freelancers, micro-entrepreneurs, or early-stage projects. Totally legal.

📍 A professional domiciliation service

A more professional alternative that allows you to use a prestigious administrative address without needing a physical office.

These services often include:

• Mail reception and forwarding

• Access to meeting rooms or office space

• Scanning and digitalization of mail

• Administrative assistance

💡 Examples of domiciliation providers:

SeDomicilier, Regus, StartWay, Les Tricolores, Kandbaz, etc.

📌 Note:

Candosa does not yet offer a domiciliation service directly, and we are not currently partnered with any providers.

That said, we’re actively working on partnerships to bring you a fully integrated solution very soon 💼✨

💡 Candosa Tip

Using a domiciliation service is a great way to separate your personal life from your business, especially if you work from home but don’t want your private address on official documents.
