In addition to our all-inclusive €49 excl. VAT package, some mandatory fees are set by the government and vary depending on the region and type of activity. Here’s the detailed breakdown:

🔹 Registry Fees 📜

  • Amount: Between €37.45 and €52.45, depending on whether your activity is commercial or artisanal.
💡 Concrete example: If you’re creating a SASU or an EURL without artisanal activity, the fees will be around €37.45.

🔹 Legal Announcement Publication Fees 📰

  • Amount: Between €138 and €226, depending on the region where the announcement is published.
    💡 Regional examples:

    • Paris: €138

    • Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône): €150

    • Bordeaux (Gironde): €155

    • La Réunion: €226

Why is this required? This step officially announces the creation of your company and is legally mandatory.

🔹 Declaration of Beneficial Ownership 👥

  • Amount: €21.41 if filed at the time of registration.
💡 Good to know: If the declaration is filed later, the cost may increase to €48.91.

🔹 Total Estimated Mandatory Government Fees 💡

  • Depending on your region, the total mandatory fees will range from €200 to €290 incl. VAT.
💡 Concrete example: For a SASU in Paris, the total mandatory government fees will be around €211 incl. VAT.
